Jack Carter, a mob enforcer living in Las Vegas, travels back to his hometown of Seattle for his brother’s funeral. During this visit, Carter realizes that the death of his brother was not accidental, but a murder. With this knowledge, Carter sets out to kill all those responsible.

The Waterfront Crime Commission is about to hold public hearings on union crime and underworld infiltration. As workers are turned against each other, Terry Malloy inadvertently participates in the murder of fellow longshoreman Joey Doyle. Union boss Johnny Friendly orchestrates the murder along with other illegal dockside activities, aided by Terry’s brother Charley. Terry begins to feel pangs of conscience. When Joey’s sister Edie sees more in Terry than he sees in himself and Father Barry urges him on, Terry reassesses his past and begins to regain responsibility for his actions.

George warns that since Colquhoun admits to eating human flesh, he must be a Windigo, a ravenous cannibalistic creature.

So the Geckos take the Fullers hostages to cross to meet with the man. After the Geckos/Fullers cross they head to a strip joint called “The Titty Twister”. The strip joint is where their friend is to meet them a little after dawn. But The strip joint is not everything expected to be. They and the management has a taste and not for boos!

The sea underworld is shaken up when the son of the shark mob boss is found dead and a young fish named Oscar is found at the scene.
